Whether you're planning to become a technical diver or not the skills on this course will set up for more great diving than ever before.
Over the 3 days of this workshop style course you will build upon your basic diver skill set to improve and master your buoyancy skills, trim, different finning techniques,
positioning in the water and underwater communication skills.
You can choose to complete the XR Foundations course in a single cylinder configuration or learn to dive in either a twinset or technical sidemount
configuration which requires learning all about the equipment set up and the skills required to safely dive in these different equipment configurations.
The XR Foundations Course is all about developing your bouyancy, trim, stabilty and propulsion skills and not about depth. All the diving and learning
of skills will be completed in confined water to a max depth of 12m.
