The SSI Extended Range Nitrox course is designed to provide divers with the necessary knowledge and skills to plan and conduct
technical decompression dives in either a twinset or techincal sidemount configuration using 1 stage cylinder with different Nitrox gas mixes up to
100% oxygen with an equally or more qualified dive buddy.
Having completed an XR Foundations course in either a twinset or technical sidemount configuration, gives you all the basic skills you need to prepare
you for the XR Nitrox Diving course. Build upon those skills and learn additional equipment confiuration and set up skills to faciliate your decompression
stage cylinder. We have different sizes of twinsets and stage cylinders to accommodate all different sizes of divers.
Learn how to plan decompression dives up to a maximum depth of 40m, using decompression gases up to 100% oxygen and for a maximum accumulated decompression
time of 15 minutes with an equally or more qualified dive buddy.
You can complete your theory online before you come over to Lanzarote meaning that we can start the practical sessions straight away.
